Yay! My other fave fresh face mask from Lush! I bought Cosmetic Catastrophe, after the girl suggested I try this on my red skin. Lush says, “When disaster looms, Catastrophe Cosmetics calms and cleanses the skin. Blueberries rich in beneficial anti-oxidants, soothing camomile, Irish moss and the gentle cleansing action of calamine to save the day.” Just reading it soothes my skin! I am in love with camomile and calamine! I remember calamine lotion being used 0n chicken pox when I was younger! And now it’s back – minus the chicken pox, thank god!
This is what it looks like! You can see the blueberries in it. It smells amazing and so calming!
It’s so easy to apply! It’s got a blue-ish tinge to it and such a smooth texture! As soon as you wash it off, you can see the reduced redness like, instantly! It leaves my skin feeling so moisturised, a bit more than the Oatifix mask too!
If you’ve got dry, sensitive and red skin, this is the one to try!! It is all natural, no nasty ingredients! This has literally made my life. The only downside is the 3 week shelf life, I want to use this everyday, but that means I’ve got order one every couple weeks! But it’s totes worth it I guess! Give it a try, and let me know what you guys think!
